Abstract

We present a patient, without interesting antecedents, with a spontaneous second and third right trigeminal branch neuropathy, of a six month stationary evolution. The clinical and radiographical examination showed a second and third right branch sensitive deficit and it made suspicious a radicular afectation. But the radiological study corroborated the existence of an intracraneal metastasis of a systemic tumour. The orofacial numbness do not localize the lesionated level, so that we underline the importance of realizing a complete trigeminal exploration in all leveIs.
