Abstract
The combination of hypodontia and hyperdontia in the same individual is a rare phenomenon. Etiologically it seems to be an alteration in the distribution of the teeth from the dental lamina. Five case reports, all of them boys, with simultaneous hypodontia-hiperdontia, in the permanent dentition, are shown.
