Abstract

Background: Study and describe the different treatments the are currently applied in the resolution of Sever's disease Material and methods: We used Health science databases and multidisciplinary search engines have been used. The search period is from January to April 2017. Results: We found 39 potentially relevant articles, of which 12 were field studies talking about the treatment of Sever's disease. Conclusions: Sever's disease is a common pathology in boys and girls who practice impact sports. Its treatment encompasses different options ranging from the use of orthoses, stretching exercises and pharmacology. The use of a type or combination of the different options is dependent on the professional who takes care of it.
