Abstract

This research analyses the causes of failure and success of partnerships between companies through both theoretical and practical approach. First, a broad conceptual framework is developed in relation to the different causes of failure and success that the literature in this field has already analyzed. Second, we examine the case of a creative communication agency which since its creation has carried out collaborations with different companies of complementary services.
