Résumé

In this review we try to put forward the clinic applications of this technique, fully applied with special patients, such as haemophilics ones, and those with coagulation and hemosthasic problems, as well as studying the adcantages that this technique presents, due to the fact that is easy to put into practice, offers few adverse effects and needs minimun quantities of anaesthesics. Theanaesthesic solution suggested by different authors and the remarked secondary effects should be highlighted.
