Abstract
In this review we try to put forward the clinic applications of this technique, fully applied with special patients, such as haemophiliacs ones, and those with coagulation and hemostasis problems, as well as studying the advantages that this technique presents, due to the fact that is easy to put into practice, offers few adverse effects and needs minimum quantities of anaesthetics. The anaesthetics solutions suggested by different authors and the remarked secondary effects should be highlighted.
