Abstract

One of the Prosthodontics treatments we can do in patients with periodontal disease and high teeth movility, is to decrease the relationship between the crown and the root, shorttening the clinic crown. Then we can use magnet systems as attachments on the abutments and apply occlusal forces along the tooth. We report a clinical case of severe progressive periodontal disease treated with this kind of attachments.
