Resumen
In secondary trigeminal neuralgia pain usully is atypical and associated motor o sensitives cranial nerves deficits. Although, a clinical diagnosis of typical trigeminal neuralgia does n.ot rule out the possibility of a space-occupying lesion compressing the nerve along its course. Two cases of trigeminal neuralgias caused by a cerebellopontine angle tumor are presented. Differential diagnosis, treatment and management are commented on.
