Abstract

This study has been focused on investigating the Valencia Tourist Card as a tool for concept of co-creation of value, experience and the tourist destination image. The starting point of research has attempted to prove, through a pilot study, the strong and weak points of the offer of the Valencia Tourist Card and its contribution to final formation of the destination image. Finally, we presented a strategy to improve the offer of the tourist card in the field of communication, promotion and sales.
