Resumen

In this paper the way the current Constitution in Bolivia posed by the structure and territorial organization is analyzed. Its main objective is to systematize, contextualize and present easily the reader the complex regulation that the Constitution contains. It is started, therefore, with a review of the historical background and analysis of the context in which the constitutional provision approved in 2009. After we talk about some cross-cutting issues of constitutional regulation that underpin the overall design territorial. Subsequently the different levels of autonomy are analyzed. The paper also talks about the distribution of competences of the regional entities. Finally, the theoretical analysis is placed in the current context and in its future prospects.
