Resumen

Este estudio examinó la fiabilidad de la versión brasileña del sistema observacional Codificación de la de Interacción Temprana Madre- Hijo (CITMI-R). El sistema permite el registro secuencial en tiempo real. Se basó en el análisis de 16 episodios de interacción libre a las ocho ya los 18 meses de vida de los niños. Dos pares de observadores independientes codificaron los seis primeros minutos de cada episodio. Los valores de Kappa de ocho y 18 meses fueron de 0,80 y 0,86, respectivamente. Los resultados para las categorías específicas de comportamiento mostraron valores más modestos, pero aceptables para casi todas ellas. El debate pone de relieve el potencial del instrumento para la investigación y la intervención y sugiere alternativas respecto a aspectos de formación y metodológicos que se pueden mejorar en futuros estudios de fiabilidad.
