Zusammenfassung

A retrospective study on Class III patients, treated with orthodontic compensation or orthognathic surgery. The patients were treated in a private office, by the same orthodontist and surgeons. 25 camouflage patients were compared with 25 surgical patients, treated with maxillary or bimaxillary surgery. The most important conclusion is that lower incisor inclination is the variable deciding treatment option, showing significant changes after treatment. Two cases are exposed with both different approaches.
