Resumen

La capacidad de innovar se ha convertido en un factor clave de éxito para la supervivencia de las empresas en los entornos actuales. La existencia de procesos creativos en las empresas conduce al desarrollo de productos y procesos innovadores. Además, la adecuación de las prácticas de Recursos Humanos a la estrategia de innovación favorece la creatividad y el proceso de innovación. El objetivo básico de este trabajo es la propuesta de un modelo teórico para el desarrollo de una escala de medida que conjugue los enfoques tradicionales de Recursos Humanos, más estáticos y orientados a los resultados, con los enfoques dé innovación más dinámicos y centrados en los procesos. Así, la contribución básica del trabajo reside en el planteamiento de una escala que mida la relación entre las Prácticas de Recursos Humanos, la creatividad y la innovación de productos.
