Resumen

Since the story related by Sung Tz'u , to the modern bodies farms , forensic entomology certainly has come a long way. It is worth noting the efforts of the experts on getting more accurate data, tried to contr ol as far as possible, all the variables that can alter the outcome of their assessment results. At present, laboratory techniques facilitate their work but it should be recognized that this forensic specialty operating in extremely complex conditions beca use sample used is a biological system (insects) that develops over another (the body). Hence the need to recognize the impossibility of being in control of all the factors that will determine the final results. What compels these will always be accompanie d by the necessary caution when they must be valued.
