Inmediate implants, in recently studies, have a high rate of sucess which ranges between 92% and 98%. The use of osteotomes allows the conservation of the maximun bone tissue. The present study describes a technique for surgical preservation of maxillary process using rotatory instruments, osteotomes, graft material and membranes. In this clinical case, the upper central incisor extraction and immediate implant placement was carried out, a lateral sliding flap was performed to leave the implants not submerged. Four months later, the implant was exposed and the prosthetic restoration was cemented. No complications were recorded after two years of follow-up.
