Abstract
Technological changes in the cultural industry require an adaptation of the companies that may be provided by different changes in its organizational structure. In this paper, we analyze some organizational design variables (teams, information systems and organizational culture) in the context of the cultural industry. We present them from a theoretical perspective and from the results of several laboratory experiments in the field of Experimental Economics, highlighting the size of the team and the leaders role as a key figure in coordinating cultural companies
