Resumen

El objetivo principal del presente trabajo es revisar las investigaciones realizadas acerca de la relación entre el estrés de rol y los indicadores de riesgo de trastornos cardiovasculares. Los resultados obtenidos en las citadas investigaciones no configuran un patrón consistente. Estos resultados son discutidos, las características de los estudios son analizadas, y ciertos aspectos a considerar en investigaciones futuras son propuestos.
