Abstract
Article retrieves knowledge and practices related to work in the municipality of Serra. The assets 'cultural-natural' shapes the landscape through the symbiosis that for years has marked the development of the mountain with its environment. Through the use of oral sources, recover this heritage, linking memory, identity and territory. A triad when necessary to make sense of our present.
