Resum
This study identified an accelerated internationalization service sector company named Sanigest Internacional and also established the organizational qualities used to generate both knowledge and innovations in the global health consulting market sector. It was determined that there is centralization, socialization and knowledge creation, as well as laterality and special control mechanisms to exploit the formal and informal networks this company employs. The centralization on the manager´s position is evident in the company´s formal structure.
