Abstract
Two profiles near Javalambre Peak (Teruel) composed of carbonate and volcaniclastic rocks are described in detail and dated for the first time. The upper boundary of the volcanic rocks is date das Upper Toarcian, whereas the age of the lower limit remains still uncertain
