Zusammenfassung
This article analyzes talent management from a Capability Based View, according to which we describe talent management as the capability of the organization to acquire, to develop and to assign talent, maximizing the value it generates. After establishing the key elements to understand a capability, we develop a reference framework that allows us to analyze, through a method of experts, the present state of talent management in the Spanish industrial companies, the factors that encourage its development or make it difficult and its possible evolution in the present economic environment
