Abstract
Entrepreneurial activity, beyond its exclusive economic function, ends affecting all of the citizens by the existence of what is known as externalities among which the impact on the environment is to be highlighted. The social responsibility for the entrepreneur consists in incorporating social values into the strategy and management of the company.
