Abstract

Three cases of odontogenic keratocysts with three different clinical manifestations are shown. The first case is a solitary keratocyst, unilocular, of the mandibular angle, in a male of 47 years. The second case, a girl of 8 years of age affected of multiple maxillary cysts, whose policystosis could not be associated to any of the classic syndromes with cystic pathology. The third case is a Gorlin's syndrome in a girl of 7 years who present two of mayor criteria: multiple maxillary keraotocysts and skeletal anomalies.
