The authors have been consulted by the "Conselleria de Cultura, Educació i Ciència" of the "Generalitat Valenciana" with regard to the paleontological heritage and its protection. The initial proposals defended by the authors are exposed herein. The reached results as exposed in the Project of Law of the Valencian Cultural Heritage, recently published in the "Boletín Oficial de las Cortes valencianas", are also shown.
