Resumen
The main objective of this paper is to present perceptions that both workers and workers of the University of Valencia (UVEG) have on reconciling work, personal and family. Through a nonprobability sampling for accessibility, 487 surveys from April to June 2012, between the Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) and the Administration and Services (PAS) of the University are collected. Specifically, we designed and implemented an ad hoc survey consists of 72 items, of which 51 are presented in a Likert scale of 5 points (Nada/Strongly Disagree to 5 Always / strongly agree). The responses have been treated with basic descriptive analyzes by sex. The results show that perceptions of workers are crucial to determine the degree of actual implementation of the measures developed in a plan that is working towards equality and to be further research on work-family relationship as a construct multi-dimensional and two-way for measures to bring the balance or adjustment between work, personal and family life.
