Aproximación (propuesta de recorrido) al (del) sujeto en la modernidad

Abstract

The present thesis is an approach to the modern subject through some modern works. It is focused on Fernando Pessoa's figure, but it also deals with a Poe's novel, the Goethe's Faust, some Asimov novels and an Ursula K Le Guin novel. Through these works and through Fernando Pessoa's work and figure we draw a path where the modern subject breaks and becomes multiple after his inner and outer reality has been fractured because all his beliefs have been destroyed. After that he tries to assume this new state becoming a universal and multiple subject. Finally we leave this subject behind synthesizing the opposites through different strategies.
