Abstract This research analyzed the relational patterns of personal and transgenerational trauma, its comorbidity and the content of 51 clinical participants dreams, in order to achieve an improvement in diagnosis and psychological treatment. The results obtained showed how important early trauma and violent events caused by another human being are for psychological health. Another important conclusion was that traumatic events produce a comorbidity and clinical symptomatology that transcends the mental health and dreams of the descendants.
