Zusammenfassung
Currently we have evidences enough to say that humanity calls for a new way of thinking regarding business and economy. Concerns about ethics and corporate social responsibility; coupled with increased awareness of corporate scandals, overexploitation of human abilities in the workplace and the finding that the market demands increasingly beset individuals and organizations taking us to make strenuous efforts to ensure the proper survival and of our loved ones-; they make us question the authenticity of the models that govern our economic relations and their effectiveness in promoting social welfare. Given this reality, no shortage of proposals intended to replace the prevailing materialistic paradigm with a more humanistic and, if possible, transcendent one. However, we find a theoretical deficiency, and consequently an opportunity to present a holistic approach, able to base and articulate the relationships between the different topics of management affected by the need to humanize the business. This thesis proposes a new anthropological and metaphysical model as the foundation of ethics, the mechanism of decision-making and leadership in business, based on the thought of Fernando Rielo (1923-2004): philosopher, humanist, poet and founder of a Catholic religious institution, a school of thought and other entities of social and cultural nature. The mystical conception of anthropology of Fernando Rielo, together with its genetic conception of the principle of relationship (metaphysical model) offers a new way of interpreting the ethical conflicts that occur in the business environment; and provides ways of preventing and resolving such situations, with the aim of promoting a true integral human development, based on the spiritual dimension of the person, with an impact on personal, organizational and social level. The conclusions reached in the study also offered practical suggestions for teaching business ethics and the implementation of an ethical organizational culture founded on this line of thought.
