Resumen
The general objective of the Doctoral Thesis is "The assessment and the optimisation of the apprentice development in the school context in High School education by means of the school psychologist intervention". As a part of the apprentice development, the work focuses on the personal development of adolescent students. The main contribution is the Auto-Re-Acción Program (Self-Re-Action), including JUVA ABS (Absolutist Value Judgements); Happiness; Fear, Guilt and Doubt; Succedaneum of love. This program proposes a way to obtain psychological health: trying not to carry out Value Judgements, and making Flexible, Tolerant Judgements, based on an attitude of Forgiveness, Compassion and Love towards oneself and the others. All of this following the process of SELFknowledge, REstatement and ACTION (SELF-RE-ACTION) that leads human beings from Dependence to Independence, and from this to Interdependence. Main Conclusions arising from this Doctoral Thesis are: The application of the Questionnaire "Intervention of the school psychologist in High School education" confirms the relevance of Function C: Assessment, sociopsicopedagogical valuation of students and, if necessary, treatment. This Function C focuses on intrapersonal and interpersonal variables. The tools selected in order to assess these variables in Pre-test and Post-test of the application of the Self-Re-Action Program have been: ACS; CPI; EBP; RO; and DF. The outcomes of the application of Self-Re-Action program show that it has been effective in two fundamental subjects: a) Changing Absolutist Value Judgement of guilt and punishment for a Flexible Non-Value Judgement based on forgiveness, compassion and love; and b) Changing Absolutist Value Judgement of considering we have no control or almost no control of our life for a Flexible Non-Value Judgement in which we consider that, although neither we can have everything under our control nor we can be sure of what is going to happen, our happiness depends mainly on ourselves. The whole of the outcomes obtained in this research and the conclusions extracted from them indicate that the general objective of the Doctoral Thesis has been attained.
