Resumen

El objetivo del presente trabajo es ver la relación e influencia existente entre la práctica deportiva y la conducta prosocial a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura publicada desde 1900 a 2018 en las bases de datos Web of Science, Scopus, Dialnet, Researchgate y Pubmed, revisándose un total de 57 trabajos. Los predictores hallados son factores sociodemográficos, contextuales y los intervinientes, cobrando especial relevancia el clima motivacional de implicación a la tarea y el estilo del entrenador de apoyo a la autonomía en una mayor aparición de conductas prosociales en el contexto deportivo. Estos resultados proporcionan herramientas para elaborar programas de intervención que favorezcan las conductas prosociales y disminuyan las antisociales y demuestran que el contexto social es la variable más importante en la dirección de conductas morales y sobre las que más deben trabajar los psicólogos deportivos, considerando estas variables influyentes en el diseño de programas deportivos.
