Abstract

The Thesis Doctoral that has by title “Socialization Styles in Adolescents in Conflict with the Law with profile of Adjust. Risks associated to his behavior” constitutes in the primes of 21st century the first Thesis Doctoral that writes in Europe to the new criminal profiles of Adolescents in conflict with the law (ACL) An investigation posed from the perspective of adolescents that to simple sight do not present lacks. However they find highly influenced by the technologies, the fashion, the leisure, the consumption, the material goods and with grave lacks in the plane of the values, the reflexive dimension, the affective relations of a progressive socialization, evolutionary, constructive. Finally, confronted to formal institutions as for example the family or the school. The author positions the work in the paradigm of the posmodernity and in the uncertainties that reflect the social evolution during the last decades. From this committed perspective of the Social Work, the professionals that daily share the daily stage so much with adolescents as with ACL analyse of the hand of the researcher, the way in which these discover and participate of his surroundings and as from east, link to the risks that integrates the delinquency. But also it looks for the perception of the professionals of the Services of Welfare, in the form of interviews and groups of discussion that attain to help to the researcher to discover the new forms of relation and the risks to which are subjected so much the adolescents like the affective figures that surround them (parents, friends, professors, professional of the social services and welfare services) An important part of the work , the implications of the family in education and personal , emotional and motivational development of children ; in how the school sets the new challenge of educational support , to what extent the dynamics of leisure and recreational activities allow a deterrent / enhancer axis unsafe or of how social , scientific and technological advances in recent decades and encouraged by the crisis , they have affected the daily dynamics of adolescents; how the territory , practices that occur in it and management of resources that form , influence the determination of adolescents to take risky activities that lead to social maladjustment problems of criminally punishable. Also it has been object of interest identify the recidivism and establish typologies of ACL with profile of adjust, to inform on the criminal profile of these boys and girls. With the spirit to endow of coherence to the work and establish a follow-up protocol of the same, differentiate three parts. In each one can observe the following chapters: 1. The first part is of the one to the four. It initiates with the theoretical boarding around the social changes of the postmodernity evolves with the juridical frame of the infancy and the youth, -stage in which the adolescence that surrounds the societies developed-; it strengthens in the third chapter with the theoretical positions that protect the frames of treatment of the juvenile delinquency and the management of the risks, so that in the chapter 4º go in fully in the development of the concept of recidivism and in a rigorous analysis of his state. 2.
