Joaquín Alegre is a Professor in Innovation Management at University of Valencia. He has been a Visiting Researcher at INSEAD, University of Sussex and University of Pavia. His teaching and research interests focus on the innovation process in organisations. Innovation, organisational learning and knowledge management are frequent topics in his research. He has published his findings in top academic journals such as Research Policy, Journal of Product Innovation Management or Technovation. In 2021, Joaquín Alegre was named on the Stanford List among the top 2% most widely cited scientists in his discipline. At present, he is involved in a research project on digital transformation processes within SMEs and he is serving as an Editor-in-Chief at International Journal of Management Reviews.
