Abstract

After a two-year drafting period, the Green and Biodiversity Plan of València (Pla Verd i de la Biodiversitat de València) was officially adopted on April 27, 2023, during a City Council Plenary session. In the following analysis, we will inquire into the Plan’s most noteworthy aspects from the political and regulatory perspectives, including its regulatory nature and its objectives and key elements.
