Abstract
The current chessboard on which consumers and traders move with regard to the resolution of disputes, especially in the field of tourism, is chaotic. Totally unaware of the possibilities and methods that can help them resolve their complaints, tourists are left unprotected by a alternative justice system that protects them and guarantees them a response within a maximum of 90 days, even by taking their complaint over the Internet and from the comfort of their homes. However, the system does not work, so in this paper we will try to give some clues to this failure.
