¿Daños nuevos, reglas nuevas para su indemnización? Responsabilidad civil e inteligencia artificial a la luz de las últimas Propuestas de la Unión Europea

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The search for formulas that allow victims to obtain compensation for damages caused by artificial intelligence has been a cause of concern and occupation in the European Union for years. There are already several proposals that in this sense have been designed with very different perspectives: some that seek to develop specific rules for this type of damage; others that, on the contrary, start from the adaptation of already existing traditional regimes to artificial intelligence. In this work, all of them are analyzed to assess, with a critical perspective, the possible reasons for these fluctuations in such a topical subject.
