Abstract

The objective of this chronicle is to offer a periodic update of the main normative and judicial novelties produced in the field of Labour Administrative Law, especially in relation to the functions of the Administration related to the control and exercise of the administrative sanctioning authority in the social order. In this way, the object of our attention are aspects such as the activity carried out by the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, the processing of the sanctioning administrative procedure and the impugnation of the resolutions to which it gives rise, as well as the scope of the infractions and sanctions typified in the different matters of the social order. Regarding these contents, in the following lines we report both the latest changes introduced by the legislator, as well as some of the most interesting and recent judicial resolutions issued in the matter.
