Abstract
On February 2018, a court of first instance decreed the injunction to stop the edition and distribution of the book «Fariña» as a precautionary measure since it was considered certain sentences of the book attacked the honor of the demandant. In this paper we analyze the conditions for such measure, and concretely whether the mention of an individual’s procedural situation in the before-mentioned book can imply an attack to the honor of the demandant. Finally we also analyze whether the taken measure after 10 book editions can alter a situation that was consented by the applicant.
