Abstract

The Constitutional Court declared invalid, by means of three sentences published in 2016, the main laws that the Valencian Government enacted in order to develop the competency that the Statute of Autonomy, in the drafting passed in 2006, bestowed in matters of civillaw. The paper makes a critical reflection on me sentences, emphasizing the little technical argument used, its multiple internal contradictions and the general context in which they have occurred.
