Abstract
The last reform of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court changed the motion for annulment of proceedings. This paper presents a critical analysis of the amendments introduced in 2007 in the motion for annulment of proceedings and the Constitutional Court judgements, in order to highlight the achievements and shortcomings, and to make proposals for improvement.
