Abstract
Ewing’s sarcoma is an uncommon malignancy that usually occurs in childhood and rarely affects the mandible. A case of Ewing’s sarcoma of the mandible is presented and discussed, with a full clinical, radiological and histological evaluation. Treatment consisted of presurgical chemotherapy, surgical removal of the affected mandibular portion with posterior reconstruction, and postoperative chemotherapy.
