Capacidades organizativas e innovación. ¿Qué ocurre en la industria española del juguete?

Resumen

Siguiendo el enfoque de capacidad de absorción como proceso, este artículo identifica las capacidades tecnológicas y de marketing como dos competencias críticas que influyen en la capacidad de absorción. A través de una encuesta realizada en la industria manufacturera del juguete en España al 46% de la población objetivo, mostramos cómo estas dos capacidades internas de la empresa ayudarán a la creación de la capacidad de absorción, lo que posibilitará un mayor desempeño en innovación. Los hallazgos permiten dar una explicación a algunas de las diferencias en el aprovechamiento del conocimiento externo de empresas competidoras de un mismo sector
